Below you will find our drive maps and itinerary for the weekend including event dates, times and locations.

Thursday, May 1st

• • Registration | Sycamore Room – Noon to 6:00 pm
  • Welcome Reception* | Gazebo Garden – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Friday, May 2nd

• • Registration | Sycamore Room – 8:00 am to 10:00 am & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Drives:  10:00 am to 3:00 pm (possibly two groups)
    • > Tin City Drive  
    • > Baywood Drive
  • Reception* | Gazebo Garden – 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday, May 3rd

• • Registration | Sycamore Room – 7:30am to 11:00 am
  • Concours Car Placement | Cambria Pines Lodge – 7:00am to 8:00 am
  • People’s Choice Concours | Cambria Pines Lodge – 8:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Tech Session : “356 Jeopardy” | Peacock Room – 2:30 pm to 4:00
  • Dinner + Awards Reception* | Peacock Room – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Sunday, May 4th 

• • Swap Meet | Lower Parking Lot – 7:00am to 9:00am

*There will be a cash bar open at each reception for beverage purchases and hosted wine during the Award Reception on Saturday.
